 40 ml Gin
 25 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 25 ml Frangelico
 1 Whole Egg
Coffee Hazelnut Mousse
 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
 1 tbsp Coffee Granules
 5 ml Frangelico
 5 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 Egg White

Add all ingredients into a shaker

Shake with ice

Strain into the glass

Gently pipe or spoon coffee mousse on top of cocktail (evenly)

Garnish with grated hazelnut

Whisk all ingredients together until all ingredients have a mousse consistency

Place in the fridge to chill
