In a mixing glass muddle sugar cube with 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Add 1-1/2 – 2 oz. or Rye Whiskey and 1/2 oz. of Mr. Black to the mixing glass
Add large ice cube to the mixing glass and stir until well chilled and strain into the rinsed rocks glass.
Express oils of the lemon peel over the cocktail and drop in the glass
