Inspired by the Mr. Black Negroni and the Moneygun’s Mai Tai Riff, this is my take on a tropical Vieux Carre.

 22.50 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22.50 ml Cognac
 22.50 ml Jamaican Pot-Still Rum(Smith + Cross or Appleton 12 year)
 1 dash Angostura Bitters
 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
 5 ml Hibiscus-infused Dry Curacao (barspoon)

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass

Add large ice and stir

Strain into a double rocks glass with large ice cube

Garnish with a Luxardo/maraschino Cherry.

Place 6 grams of dried hibiscus in a jar and add 75 of Dry Curaçao

Let the mix soak for 20 minutes up to overnight

Strain and bottle the infusion
