Vietnamese coffee is an amazing caffeine heavy coffee made with espresso and condensed milk. What better way to celebrate my culture than turning it into a cocktail.

1 oz Vanilla Vodka
2 tsp Condensed Milk(Longevity)
1 oz Strong Espresso (hot)
1 Splash of Half and Half
1 Toasted Star Anise
3 Coffee Beans

Dissolve condensed milk in hot espresso and let cool.

Add Mr. Black, vanilla vodka, espresso/condensed milk mixture, and splash of half and half to shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Garnish with star anise and coffee beans.
