Desperate to break away from the normal bittersweet template for coffee cocktails, this tall drink embraces unexpected acidity and herbaceousness.

 45 ml Rye Whiskey(Wild Turkey)
 30 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml Amaretto Disaronno
 15 ml Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
 1 pinch Fresh Rosemary Leaves

Strip off required rosemary leaves: reserve the sprigs for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker or tall glass

Gently muddle the rosemary leaves

If combining in a shaker, strain into the tall glass you're using now

Fill the glass to about three-quarters with crushed ice and swizzle (rotate a barspoon in the glass between your palms). Top up with crushed ice

Garnish rosemary sprig, serve with a straw

  1. Wow I tried this and it was amazing! I’m normally not the biggest fan of rosemary but it really added to the flavour! Kudos!
