The Dominical Grog

A riff on the Beachcomber Coffee Grog.

 0.50 oz Jamaican Pot Still Gold Rum
 0.50 oz 151 Demerera Rum
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Cold Brew Espresso
 0.25 oz Grog
 1 tsp Maple Syrup
 1 Lemon peel

Add all ingredients to a shaker including lemon peel and quick dry shake to mix in grog, then add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain and discard any solids. Garnish with lemon twist.

For the grog cream 1oz butter with 1oz Honey, 1tsp cinnamon syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla syrup, 1/2 tsp of pimento liqueur
