Spiced Mocha

Inspired by the Mexican mocha, this drink brings together the deep coffee flavors of Mr Black and caramel-molasses notes of Old Monk 7 (Indian rum) with chocolate, cinnamon and ancho chile. Surprisingly refreshing and harmonious inspite of all the big flavors, this is the ideal after dinner cocktail.

 1 fl oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 fl oz Dark Rum(Old Monk XXX or substitute with any caramel-molasses forward Dark Rum)
 0.25 fl oz Creme de Cacao(Tempus Fugit)
 0.25 fl oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
 1 fl oz Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
 0.25 fl oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
 6 drops Xocolatl Mole Bitters(Bittermens)
 1 stick Cinnamon

Add all ingredients except cinnamon stick to tin with ice and give it a hard shake.

Double strain into glass.

Flame cinnamon stick and extinguish.

Garnish the drink with the charred cinnamon stick.
