This is a cocktail that I feel makes coffee the hero, the other flavours are just there to amplify the coffee's flavours and round things out.
Smoky and smooth with a hint of sweetness, even if you don't like whisky I would give this one a try!

Using a lighter or kitchen torch lightly char a teaspoon of wood chips (I used cherry wood). Once an ember has formed place your glass upside down over the chips to extinguish the fire and begin smoking. Leave the glass over the smoke as you prepare the cocktail. You could also use a smoke gun for this step
Combine all your ingredients (except your espresso) in your shaker tin with 4-5 good sized ice cubes. Add your (preferably hot espresso) and immediately give it a hard shake for 10-15 seconds.
Double strain into your glass that has been over the smoke.
Garnish with three coffee beans.
