 40 ml London Dry Gin
 40 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22.50 ml Cinnamon-infused Gin
 10 ml Dark Creme de Cacao(Drillaud)
 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Cinnamon-infused Gin
 3 tbsp Ground Cinnamon Sticks
 12 oz London Dry Gin

Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker

Shake with ice

Strain into a martini glass and float the frothed heavy cream on top

Add 1/2 cinnamon stick crushed into bits over the cream for garnish

Take three Tbsp of good ground cinnamon sticks into a 16 oz jar. Add 12 oz London Dry Gin, cover, shake well frequently for three days and keep in fridge.

  1. I am told, if you like your evening cocktails and/or nightcaps a little sweeter, you can add a brown sugar simple syrup, 2:1 and it becomes a little more dessert like.
