Raspresso Martini 2.0

The Raspresso Martini 2.0 is a mix of coffee, raspberry liqueur and cinnamon syrup to give it a nice Christmas look and taste.

 50 ml Black Cow Vodka
 25 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 20 ml Chambord
 10 ml Cinnamon syrup
 35 ml Fresh Coffee (Espresso)

Pour all the ingredients in the shaker and shake until completely cold

Pour it in a chill martini glass and wait for the foam to settle down

Garnish it with raspberry puree and golden edible flakes

Enjoy the smooth texture and the Christmas flavors

  1. The decorations look great! How’d you get the precise shapes on the top? A toothpick and eye-dropper?

    1. Ciao Mr! I just dropped some raspberry puree with a squeezer and passed a cappuccino stick in the middle to make the shape 🙂
