Vote here:Add the first four ingredients to a mixing glass or shaker with ice and stir drink until very cold. Then strain into a Balloon glass (or big Brandy Glass) over ice.
Add the Tonic and add the Lemon peel to the glass
Add Candied Lemon wheel for garnish
For Candied Lemon Wheel slice a lemon 1/4 inch, sprinkle sugar on to cover, then torch the wheel or place under broiler
