Stir to chill
Strain into a Nick and Nora glass
Layer the Chartreuse Foam on top
Separate 2 egg yolks into a bowl.
Add 2 tsp of white sugar and 15 ml of Green Chartreuse.
Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients till the mixture turns from a deep yellow to a pale yellow colour with custardy texture.

The Chartreuse foam is super velvety and delicious. Green Chartreuse is sweet and herbal, and it adds that unique taste to the foam. Very happy with result 🙂
