Mr.B’s Noggin The Nog

A mash up between a Guinness flip and a caffeinated egg nog. Enjoy for breakfast to wake up your wee noggins or anytime you're in need of liquid sustenance. Best made in batches to please the troops.

 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Irish Single Malt Whiskey(Bushmills 10 year Single Malt)
 1 oz Guinness
 0.75 oz Vietnamese Cnnamon Maple Syrup
 3 dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters
 1 oz Egg Yolk
 1 oz Heavy Cream
 0.50 oz Virgin Coconut Oil
 1 oz Whipped Egg White

In a high sided bowl, hand whisk the egg yolk, cream, coconut oil and cinnamon maple syrup till nice and smooth

Add all spirits and incorporate

Gently fold in the whipped egg white trying not to deflate it

Transfer the mix into a festive vessel of choice

Garnish with toasted coconut, shaved nutmeg and whatever other fancy ass garnish you can lay your hands on.
