2 tbsp Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Coat the rim of a coupe glass with caramel and chill in freezer.

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.

Shake until well chilled.

Double strain into chilled coupe.

Garnish with a cherry.
