 60 ml Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Peppermint Crisp-infused Creme de Cacao
 3 Chocolate Ice Cream (scoops)(Sara Lee Ultra)
 Garnish with Crushed Peppermint Crisp

Blend Mr Black cold brew Coffee Liqueur, Peppermint crisp infused crème de cacao and ice cream in blender until smooth.

Pour into margarita glass and garnish with crushed peppermint crisp

Peppermint Crisp-infused Creme de Cacao

1 cup White crème de cacao
Half a bar of peppermint crisp (chocolate removed) - crushed. Save remaining half bar with chocolate for garnish.
Place crème de cacao and crushed peppermint crisp into ziplock bag (double bag). Place in sous vide (water bath) at 60C for 3 hours. Double strain into bottle and place in fridge to chill.
