Ingredients: 45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur; 15 ml Cointreau; 7.50 ml Campari; 15 ml Caramelized Simple Syrup; 45 ml Cream

45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur

15 ml Cointreau

7.50 ml Campari

15 ml Caramelized Simple Syrup

45 ml Cream

Combine ingredients into your cocktail shaker

Shake with ice

Strain into a coupe glass

Zest dark chocolate on top of drink

Garnish with chocolate dipped orange twist dusted in sea salt

Caramelized Simple Syrup

Add 1/2 cup of sugar to a heavy bottom sauce pan

Heat until sugar melts and begins to simmer

Allow sugar to simmer until an amber color is reached

Remove from heat and slowly add 1/2 cup of warm water while stirring

Set someplace to let cool and dissolve into a syrup solution
