Midnight cloud

Soft and silky, this cocktail gives a smooth flavour with the combination of mr blacks coffee liqueur and scotch whiskey, sweetened with honey mead. The dark crème de cocoa gives it a nice richness and the bitters give it an aromatic lift. All tied together with the use of egg white making it silky in texture

 45 ml Scotch Whisky
 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 18 ml Honey Mead
 7.50 ml Creme de Cocoa
 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
 1 Egg White

Simply combine all ingredient into your shaker, dry shake first to incorporate the egg white and then shake with ice into a champagne coupe.
