I created this serve to replicate a stout with using mr black and a spirit I made from white chocolate and using different botanicals to add bitter , sweet and textual notes.

20 ml White Chocolate Distillate
20 ml Roasted Chicory Tea
8 ml Dandelion Syrup
15 ml Milk Cordial
2 dashes Saline

Add all ingredients to a PET bottle and carbonate at 50 PSI

Purge twice and pour into highball glass
