Mayan Mocha Martini

If you want to spice up your morning coffee, you order a Mayan mocha. It's a little spicy, a little sweet, and a lot delicious. Mr. Black transitions this morning pick-me-up into an evening delight.

 1.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Pepper-infused Vodka
 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur(Mozart)
 0.50 oz Amaretto(Disaronno)
 0.50 oz Cinnamon Demerara Simple Syrup
 0.50 oz Heavy Whipping Cream

Combine all ingredients in a tin

Add ice

Shake for 15 seconds

Double strain into martini glass

Grate cinnamon in top of cocktail

Garnish with 3 Luxardo cherries

**Infused Pepper Vodka** 375 ml of Titos Vodka, 1/2 jalapeno, 1/4 habanero pepper, 1 tsp coarse ground peppercorn. Combine all ingredients into mason jar. Set aside for 24 hours.

**Cinnamon Demerara Simple Syrup** 2 cups Demerara Sugar, 1 cup Water, 2 Cinnamon Sticks. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Cool, then ready to use.
