 1.25 oz Banana Jameson Whiskey
 0.75 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
 0.25 oz Banana Liqueur(Giffard)
 4 oz Light/Blonde Roast Coffee
 1.50 oz Cardamom Whipped Cream
 Pistachio Powder

Make Banana Jameson by adding three, ripe bananas to one 750ml of Jameson and let sit until tasting ripe. (3 days to a week)

Make cardamom tincture by toasting a tablespoon of cardamom pods and then adding to 2oz of banana Jameson. Let infuse for 3 days. Put .25 oz of Demerara syrup with .5 oz of cardamom banana Jameson and 1.5 oz of whipping cream. Shake until thick and airy.

Add Banana Jameson, Mr. Black Cold Brew Liqueur, Banana Liqueur, and hot coffee to a toddy glass.

Top with cardamom whipped cream.

Dust with pistachio powder.
