A cocktail riff on the delicious Vietnamese egg coffee

 0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Gin(Roku)
 4 oz Phin/Moka pot coffee
 1 Egg Yolk
 0.50 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

Make the coffee, ideally this will be a good Vietnamese whole bean robusta made with a Phin, but a coffee you like made in a moka pot or french press will work in a pinch

Whip together the egg yolk and condensed milk until there are soft peaks

Stir Mr. Black and Roku (or any citrus forward gin) into your coffee and float the whipped egg on top
