Inspired by Concerto Italian liqueur. This digestif-inspired cocktail features notes of coffee, cocoa, licorice and black walnuts. A perfect drink with or for dessert.

 1.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1.50 oz Scotch Whisky(Monkey Shoulder)
 0.50 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
 2 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
 2 dashes Angostura Cocoa Bitters
 1 tsp Absinthe

Rinse double old fashioned glass with Absinthe

Combine remaining ingredients into mixing glass with crushed ice

Strain into glass with large rock of ice

 1 tsp Absinthe

Directions

  1. Not a huge fan of absinthe, but the overall taste notes sound excellent. I will come back after making one. Thanks for the creativity.
