A creamy flip balanced with the freshness from orange bitter and sweetness from mango purée. The coffee flavour comes through enhanced with grated dark chocolate on top. Jamaican pot stilled rum lifts the drink in whole.

 30 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 30 ml Jamaican Rum(Plantation Xaymaca
 30 ml Mango purée, freshly mixed
 30 ml Egg Yolk
 5 ml Light Muscovado Simple Syrup
 5 dashes Orange Bitter(Angostura)

Dry shake all the ingredients

Add ice and shake for about 10-15 seconds

Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with grated dark chocolate
