Coffee take on the classic Brandy Crusta cocktail.

 45 ml Brandy
 15 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml Orange Curaçao
 15 ml Lemon Juice
 15 ml Cinnamon Syrup
 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Wet the outer rim of a chilled cocktail or small wine glass with a lemon wedge then coat with superfine sugar.

Line the inside of the glass with a thin-pared peel of half a lemon peeled in a single, wide strip.

Stir ingredients with ice for about 30 seconds then double strain into the prepared glass.
