Strong, bold, complex, smokey with notes of chocolate. Just like my favorite cigar Santana Premium XO.

85% dark chocolate rim on the glass. Glass was smoked with cherry wood smoke.

 2 oz Aged Rum(Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva)
 0.75 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Cinnamon infused Demerara Syrup
 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
 4 oz 85% Dark chocolate for a rim

Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the ice cold glass into so you make a nice chocolate rim

Put the glass in the freezer

Pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass

Burn cherry wood plank and cover the smoking place with your glass

Add ice into the mixing glass and stir

Strain over the big ice cube into your smoked, chocolate glass
