Captain Black love his coffee and he loves brunch. This recipe offers the best to both of these worlds. He likes this cocktail served cold with an oversized ice cube over brunch.

 1.50 oz Navy Rum
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee liqueur
 1 oz Chilled Espresso
 0.50 oz Campari
 0.50 oz Cream (optional)

Combine ingredients in a tin mug or highball glass. Swizzle and serve.

If espresso is not available, use Trader Joe’s cold brew coffee concentrate.

  1. I use Pusser’s rum when I created the cocktail. I’ve been enjoying it frequently over the holiday using 12-year Appleton estates rum too.

    My wife enjoys this with a splash of hazelnut liqueur added. She drinks her coffee with flavored creamer.
