In your smaller tin, add lemon, pomegranate molasses, espresso, and Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur.
Pour the egg white into your smaller tin and close your tins together for a dry shake.
After dry shaking for about 8 seconds, add ice to your tins and shake hard until cold, about 10 seconds.
Double strain into a coupe or a martini glass
Sprinkle powdered espresso or powdered citrus over the top as garnish, or simply express some lemon oil over the top!
