This riff on a sour combines the bold flavors of cold brew coffee liqueur, with the barrel aged notes of a Reposado tequila, and a slight chile heat all balanced out with cinnamon simple syrup.

 1.50 oz Reposado Tequila
 0.75 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 0.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
 0.25 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
 1 Egg white
 1 pinch Ground coffee (for garnish)

Combine all ingredients into shake your tin

Dry shake (without ice)

Wet shake (with ice)

Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with a pinch of ground coffee
