Coffee, Chocolate and Orange, flavours made for each other! Sipping through the Aperol foam and getting that hit of Mr Black with chocolatey and orange undertones gives you an experience that brings excitement to your palate!

 45 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 15 ml Aperol
 30 ml White Creme de Cacao
Citrus Foam
 1 Egg White
 Zest of an Orange
 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
 15 ml Aperol

Add the 3 ingredients to a mixing glass.

Fill with ice and with your bar spoon stir for about 60 revolutions

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe

Gently add the foam evenly on the top

5

Garnish with mandarin dust (crush dehydrated mandarin segment)

Citrus Foam

Add ingredients to a cream whipper

Shake vigorously and then charge

Shake again and add second gas charge

9

Leave refrigerated until needed

Shake before using and discharge a small amount to check constancy
