Bright Future

Floral, bright, bitter, and honeyed in taste, this is a coffee cocktail built on a rich lavender syrup and balanced with Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur, espresso, herbal gin and brightened up further with a dry curaçao. This is delicate and floral, while still give you the joy and handful of a nice clean brunch cold brew coffee.

 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1.50 oz Gin(Botanist)
 3 dashes Dry Curaçao
 ½ oz Rich Lavender Simple Syrup
 1 oz Fresh Cooled Espresso

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, and shake until properly cooled and aerated. Double strain over ice (to catch any ice shards, and keep smooth), and garnish with an orange.

Rich Lavender Syrup -
1 Tbsp Lavender buds
1/2 granulated cup sugar
1/4 cup Water

Gently heat in a small while stirring until sugar is fully dissolved, let rest until cooled to room temperature before use. Strain out lavender buds and discard. Store in refrigerator and bring back to room temperature prior to use
