Breakfast for Dinner

Good morning... or is it good evening? Either way, everyone loves breakfast for dinner once in a while. This cocktail uses the basic elements of breakfast and adds that late night kick of alcohol to create a cocktail that captures the essence of breakfast in a delicious nightcap. Easy to make and even easier to drink. Cheers!

 1.50 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Bourbon Whiskey
 1 oz Orange Juice (Freshly Squeezed)
 0.50 oz Maple Syrup (Medium to Dark)
 1 Egg White
 1 Orange Peel
 1 Strip of Bacon (Garnish)

Add all ingredients (except bacon) to shaker without ice and dry shake for about 10 seconds.

Next add ice to the shaker and shake all ingredients again for 10-15 seconds.

Pour into a coupe or martini glass.

Express oils from orange peel onto cocktail and rub glass with peel then discard.

Garnish with bacon strip.
