 2.00 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1.25 oz Aged Rhum Agricole(Rhum Barbancourt 8yr)
 1.25 oz Fresh Espresso
 0.75 oz Appenzeller Alpenbitter

Sugarcoat half the rim of a Double Old Fashioned glass.

Pour the Appenzeller into the DOF and add a large ice cube. (Stamp the top side with an eye-catching logo)

Add all the other ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously for 15 seconds to chill and froth the content.

Double strain slowly over the ice cube to minimize the mixing with the liqueur.

Avoid stirring the drink to enjoy the "Pousse-café" effect .....
