Big Apple Breakfast Sour

I fell in love with the Breakfast Sour featured on YouTube. I swapped out the Whistle Pig for Russell's Reserve and floated red wine on top as my version of the New York Sour.

 1.25 oz Rye Whiskey(Russell's Reserve 6yr)
 0.75 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 0.50 oz Lemon juice
 0.50 oz Simple syrup
 0.25 oz Dry red wine
 0.50 oz Egg white
 2 dashes Chocolate bitters

Add all ingredients except wine to shaker tin

Dry shake vigorously then add ice and shake again (just until it's cold)

Double strain into cold rocks glass

Garnish with a skewered lemon twist and luxardo cherry, add three drops of bitters and enjoy!
