 60 ml Vodka
 22.50 ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 22.50 ml Lemon Juice
 1 tsp Orange Marmalade
 1 Egg White
 Islay Single-malt Scotch Whisky Wash

Wash a chilled cocktail glass with just enough Islay single-malt whisky to coat the inside of the glass.

Combine juice and marmalade in a shaker then stir to dissolve.

Add spirits and egg white then dry shake to emulsify the egg.

Add ice, shake for about 10 seconds, then double strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with an orange peel.
