Inspired by the Italian espresso and gelato after dinner dessert as well as the almond amoretti biscuits traditionally served with Italian coffee.

Vote here:To represent the strong Italian espresso pour your Mr Blacks, orgeat, cold brew and amaretto into shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass (no ice).
Gently squeeze the cream out across the surface of the drink carefully to create a creamy topping reminiscent of Italian vanilla gelato ice cream. You don't have to use all of the cream, just cover the surface and add a little depth to taste.
Add an amoretti biscuit on top and drink through the cream or stir it in. Your choice. Saluti!
Shake 120ml of double/heavy cream in a squeeze bottle for 40-50 seconds with a level tea spoon of icing sugar and three pea size dollops of vanilla paste. Shake vigorously to thicken but NOT stiffen the cream. You should be able to place a ball of cream on your finger tip without it running off. The flavour and consistency of the cream should reflect slowly melting vanilla gelato.
