Give it a “dry shake” to emulsify the egg white.
Add ice to the shaker and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with grated dark chocolate.
• 14 Green Cardamom Pods
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Bring cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, and water to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes to impart the flavors.
2. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and steep until cooled, approximately 45 minutes.
5. Strain out the cardamom pods and cinnamon sticks then bottle the syrup.
