Koh I Noir

An outstanding mix (if I do say so myself) leveraging Indian single malt whisky, the delectable Mr Black Amaro, curry leaf infused amaro and a spicy and tropical spin on falernum using a numbing Nepalese peppercorn.

 60 ml Indian Whisky(Rampur Single Malt Whisky)
 30 ml Curry leaf infused Amaro Montenegro
 30 ml Mr Black Amaro
 10 ml Nepalernum
 2 dashes Masala chai bitters
 1 Nasturtium leaf (Indian cress)

Add all but the nasturtium leaf to a mixing glass

Stir down with plenty of ice

Strain into a rocks glass over a large clear cube

Garnish with a nasturtium leaf
