15 ml Demerara Rum
60 ml Brewed "Chai Tea"
10 ml Ginger Syrup
23 dashes Cardamom Bitters
30 ml Milk

Brew one bag of chai tea in 125ml of boiling water for ~4 minutes.

Combine 60ml of brewed tea with ginger syrup and milk and pour over ice

Top with coffee liqueur and rum and stir gently

Garnish with cardamom bitters
