Brunch-Hattan

This brunch-tiki drink with a bourbon base,combines the flavors of orange juice and cold brew coffee. The maple syrup as sweeter and lemon as a sour tie it together. Flavored bitters are a good addition to elevate it. Also, garnish as you like with breakfast meat and fruit.

 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
 0.50 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Orange Juice
 0.25 oz Lemon Juice
 0.30 oz Pure Maple Syrup
 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a shaker 2/3 full of ice

Shake throughly and strain into a cocktail glass

Garnish with a skewer of bacon and citrus fruit
