A Morning in Montenegro

It is a bitter sweet, coffee forward cocktail. With flavors such as caramel, chocolate and herbal spices. It's easy to drink, yet you can't help but feel a little sophisticated while you do it.

 1 oz Rye Whiskey(Rittenhouse Bottled in Bond)
 1 oz Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
 1 oz Amaro Montenegro
 1 tsp Simple Syrup
 1 oz Tonic water
 2 dashes Cocoa Bitters(any chocolate bitters will do)

Add all ingredients to your mixing glass (except the tonic water)

Stir for 30-40 rotations

Pour into a rocks glass over a large rock of ice

Top with 1 oz of tonic water (gently stir to incorporate)

Lemon peel garnish (optional)
