The name of this cocktail is inspired by the long flight from NY to Australia, with a layover in LA, we hope to make one day. We combine a NY spirit, Cask & Crew Walnut Toffee Whiskey, and Mr. Black to make a delicious dessert/brunch cocktail. At some point during or after such a long flight, you will need some whiskey or coffee! Citrus, cinnamon, and chocolate flavors round out the flavor profile of this fun cocktail!

 1 fl oz Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
 1 fl oz Walnut Toffee Whiskey(Cask & Crew)
 ½ fl oz Orange Cinnamon Simple Syrup
 ½ fl oz Lemon Juice
 2 dashes Xocolatl Mole Bitters(Bittermans)

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.

Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice and a charred cinnamon stick.
